In 2018 I was diagnosed with B-Cell lymphoma. A cancer that effects the lymph nodes in the body. I was pregnant at the time and was not aware of the cancer until my son was born. It was a difficult time for me and my family, especially since there were so many other stresses to worry about. I was working for a really good company,everyone was extremely supportive and understanding and because of all the love and support from family members, work colleagues and my new blessing we got through it. I only did 6 months of chemo therapy. Yes I lost my hair but i did not loose my will to live, be successful and give my children the best of everything. Blue Core was created from that defining moment. Blue is the colour of my sons eyes, core because something like this really tests your ability to fight or give up and procurement because it is everything and anything. The purpose of creating Blue Core Procurement (Pty) Ltd was to give something back, to create a place where it would be easy for business to get everything they need, to create employment for others and provide services that procurement houses usually would not offer. I strongly believe that titles mean nothing, there's a lot more to being a boss, and being bossy is not one of them. Success is not a difficult goal to achieve, if you can imagine it, it can be done. I have been with Blue Core Procurement Since it started, I strongly believe in its core values and trust that who ever deals with us will feel the same way.

I am the team leader for a small group of diverse individuals, who are hard working and always prepared to go the extra mile.

Blue Core has given me the opportunity to build partnerships and business relationships that are based on trust. I trust my colleagues to take care of business and as their team leader I am there as a support system to encourage them and build them up.
